What do they mean?
Size in millimeters? Outside diameter followed by inside diameter?

Or the , is a decimal point.

10mm hole, with 5mm of metal around it (i.e. 20mm total diameter).

Anything thicker than a standard washer is usually a "spacer" or similar IIRC.

Makes sense.

A? B? There's an ANSI standard: B has tighter tolerances than A. I'm not sure the same is true under DIN (German Standards Institute) standards.

DIN 125-A is (was) for flat washers without chamfer; DIN 125-B is (was) for flat washers with chamfer. So I suspect that B 6,4 is a 6mm washer, 14mm outer diameter, with a chamfer.

(The equivalent standards to withdrawn DIN 125-A and 125-B are ISO 7089 and 7090.)

But…there's also a "washer R 6,6" (105-5-37 in your hymnal, if you're singing along), a "washer M12 X 1,5" (103-00-24), and a "washer 8,5 X 19 X 6" (999 025 075 02), which I guess has an 8.5mm hole, a 19mm OD, and a thickness of 6mm.

There's even a "washer A17" on the front of the alternator.
