Default Love Constantine's work

I love the job Constantine did on my TT. I'm not sure if I want to put it back on the car or hang it on the wall.

Oooh, that's a neat idea.

I think I'm going to start writing phrases in odd places on each car I work on. See if anyone can find them.

I've hidden notes like that in mine (fixed by fraggle '05) . hiding coins is good too unless they rattle.

Is leaving identification a good idea? You know we live in the age of litigation...
It's like having your initials engraved on your tools when you're an aircraft mechanic.. Before the plane flies away you gotta make damn sure your toolbox is all accounted for....

No different than having a file folder full of receipts... if it breaks again, must be the shop's fault.

No receipt... must be the PO's fault.

I found a coin inside the dash of my old 87 S4.
It was a 5 Franc coin from 1986!

Hi Ethan,

Thank you for the unsolicited and very nice comments about our work! Glad you like it.

Reading this thread from the intial post, it's funny how they go sometimes.

We run a two (2) year/unlimited mileage warranty on our rebuilds and products.

We are not trying to hide from any of our work.

Cheers,

I found the phrase you left in my car........ and by the way you spell douche bag with an "e".

P.S. I'm a fan of the Super Bearings. I hope to have them in my car when the torque tube takes its inevitable vacation.

I have the Super Clamp now, when the TT needs to be done, I'll have Constantine do it. I was planning to purchase a rebuilt one from Greg Brown from a wrecked car he had but we didn't get it done. I blame myself for letting that one go.

I sent my TT to Constantine. Not the cheapest option, but since I saved $ by pulling it myself, I was satisfied with the overall investment. The work that was performed was superb. And i appreciated the detailed instructions on how to ship it safely and for a reasonable price. Did I mention that the vibrations are gone?

We live in a cynical world. I appreciate having options for goods and services.

Having just installed the Super Bearings in my torque tube I can attest to the workmanship and quality of these bearings.

They are superior in every way and having my old/ original bearings out to compare them to, it is a no brainer to have gone with them. Installing new bearings into the old/ original carriers could have worked but after seeing them up close I would not have any confidence in their longevity.

With the age of our cars I would only suggest either replacing the bearings your self with the Super Bearings or have Constantine do the rebuild.

My personal experience with Constantine allows me to also state that he 100% stands by his products and we are very fortunate to have him providing us with excellent parts

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

We are committed to providing quality products and services to the 928 community and try hard to ensure customers get their moneys worth.

Not unlike other vendors who service our passion for these cars.

It is almost funny how tiny the factory ones are when they are next to the Superbearings, as you said, it only takes one look to know which ones to use.
We have installed many of them with zero problems.
