Congrats that is one fast POS! The nut behind the wheel may actually have some talent? That matches my best time in the Widow. With 100 more HP.Very cool buddy.

Such a change you have got to have a second or so left once you fully accustom to it, should be a lot of fun.
Each time I read about it the estate looks more and more the model of the cheap fun track car. What do you think it would be like with a Euro hybrid motor and 290 rwhp?

Congrats ... you might be surprised how much more you can shave off just by getting the suspension set up just right for your increased level of grip, and becoming accustomed to using all the extra G's you can subject it to when cornering and braking. You've already found 3 first time ... I'll bet there's another couple.

In terms of fun on track per $$$ its hard to beat the Estate.....I call it "my miata"....a real gut and go racer.....I also recommend the automatic for drivers that are new to the track....its just easier to learn and easy to make it a "poor mans sequential" like mine is...
It would be very easy to replicate the Estate (sans estate) for $5k.....

Congrats Once again.I'm thinking you might break 2:05 this year. You are still making amazing progress as you devolope the car and continue to spend your money on seat time not HP. You gain a couple of seconds with every improvement thats amazing!
So I'm thinking turn 8 is now taken flat over 100mph? Do you have any Idea of your speed a key locations on the track? Comming on to the front straight, end of the front?Back, straight etc.

Assuming I pulled 1.4g on R comps & 1.20ish on street tires...I would easily say the slicks are near 1.6g....and I don't think I am getting them up to their ideal traction range.....Pirelli quotes 230F....
Pretty amazing.....just change the tires on the estate and you have a 10 second delta on lap times.....
Once I get the LSD dialed and get the slicks up to ideal grip range....I'd say a low 6 or high 5 is possible....maybe a low 5 with some real aero and proper suspension....
