Roger, just checked your site and can not find it. Where can I find it? I am also interested in everything I need for tb and wp, with pktensioner for an 88.

 

I found this article when I installed the Kit from Roger...

The site runs really slow but the article eventually comes up.

 

had the second to 3rd gear flare problem.
Changed the oil, filter, and installed the Mercedes K1 piston kit yesterday.
Seemed good at first but the flare came back this morning.

anyone have a good pic of the bowden cable on the 85?

Replacement solved flare on both the GTS and the '89 for me. FWIW, I would never change the fluid on a transmission without changing this part if I didn't know for certain that this part had already been changed.
