You can tune with the stack length but what I'm referring to is the tuning of the Motec system. There were ALOT of issues with the set up of the ECU files and wiring issue that I don't trust the mapps in there at the moment and would like to get the systems all corrected and the car running proper before trying to squeeze out every drop of power.
The brake booster is run with a vacuum pump mounted in the cabin and seems to do ok around the parking lot but is quite noisey.

With the ITB race car in my avatar we have a vac take off from each TB, into a small "cows teat" combiner, then out to the brake senvo. I would think that would also be adequate for the Hanson race car.

I was wondering why he used a pump and not the engine.I also have 8 individual hoses going into the bottom of the throttle quadrant mount but the large end is plugged. I think I will try your setup as well and see if there is any ill effects.

Without a vacuum reservoir, it may cause the engine to stumble when you hit the brake. You will have to try it to see what happens, but if it stumbles you may be able to use an acumulator.

That's good news John.I'm looking forward to silencing that thing! It is quite annoying.
Brad I thought the same thing that if not enough volume I could always put in an accumulator.
