Default Gas Filler Protector Part

The rubber cup like part that protects the gas filler from rear tire spray (it has a small drain for gas overfills) has disentegrated and come off my car 1983 928. While it did not seem worth replacing at first, I can see where a bunch of road debris will be able to reach the gas filler and gas cap without it.

Anyway, I have searched for the part on several sites and cannot seem to find it, probably because I do not what to call it. Any ideas on the part number, name, etc.?

Thanks!

Oh, one more thing. I bought the flap that goes over the gas cap but ai cannot see what it hooks/hangs on. Any ideas on that one would be much appreciated as well.
