Following discussion about cleaning injectors in a separate thread I decided to order a set of 24 lb injectors. Found a good deal from Blue Oval on the M-9593-AA302 design. These are the EV6 [slim] body design- 4 hole- design 3 [?] type with jetronic connector- turned out to be a bit acedemic as they have run out of stock. Apart from the lower o ring will these fit in directly?

I am a bit suspicious of the grooving that engages the clip and I did find a diagram that suggests different spacing of the grooves. I have seen some thread in the past that discussed what did and did not fit and I do not want to resort to having to make grooves in the injector body.

Alternatively I have also found a site that offers the Ford injectors but with EV1 body design that looks identical to the original Bosch injector design with the stock [OEM] spray head.

Any thoughts/suggestions best place to go to etc.

Supply of the new design II 4 hole 24Lb new injectors are a little hit and miss. When I can get them they are $325 the set. If that interests you Fred I can check availability on Monday. You already have the lower O rings so I could sell you a set for $310.
