Default Tolerances for hood and fenders?

Hi All,

Happy Friday!

I have a quick question.
What expectations I should have on the gap tolerance between the hood and the fenders? I didn’t notice before until my coworker mentioned it but one side is a little more raised than the other. I have been trying to capture it in a picture but it does not quite show up. I am being too picky?

Thanks in advance, as always,

Martin

Not too picky at all, you want the hood to lie flat or the edge of the hood is going to get burnt by every buffer and polisher. These hoods come off easily but they don't always get put back on straight. The alignment process can be quite fiddly.
