This is another clamp option for fuel or hydraulic lines, no screws to come loose, does require a crimping tool.

Sean for using these clamps for fuel lines they will work OK if the line is a snug fit on the barbs, as actually the barbs and the tight line are doing most of the sealing.

the trans lines are another matter, they see a wide range of temps from ambient to 210 F or slightly higher, the ATF has an ability to soften the rubber used in the lines over time,.
Fuel wont do this to the extent that ATF will,

so a screw clamp on fuel is not going to leak, unless the clamp is over tightened and thus damages the internal lining of the hose,
or under tightened and the hose fit on the barb is loose.
I also have crimped connections on my fuel lines and these are the best connections,
though the clamped do work the crimped one is better IMHO

A screw clamp on a trans cooler will leak over time,
as the line gets soft.

The crimp connectors seem to last for a long time as the crimped area is usually twice as much as a screw clamp will be, and it may apply more clamping force to the connection.

I have seen many ATF hoses leak
Also to note IE power steering for example, due to the hoses getting soft then the clamp not being able to apply enough clamping force to the now softened hose.

In short if your going to fix the ATF lines on the trans cooler remove them take to a hose shop and have new Hydraulic hose installed and new crimp connectors, with new heat shielding.

the screw clamps are not a good idea for this .

I was not meaning to create confusion on recommending the screw clamps for this repair of the cooler lines
