Exclamation FS: Carrera III 18x8 & 18x11 Wheels + Pirelli Asimmetrico Tires 225/40 295/30

Didn't know these wheels would fit 928 cars but member blown87 suggested I post here so here they are:

Carrera III 18x8et57 and 18x11et51 + Pirelli Tires
Condition: One of the front wheels has a couple of small nicks near the center cap, somebody must have put it on the floor, face down. One of the rear wheels has a 1" long spot on the lip that looks like it's been touched up. Also a chip and a scratch. Hard to tell it's there unless you're looking for it. Other than that they are in great shape. Tires are Pirelli Asimmetrico 225/40 and 295/30. Not a ton of meat but have another season left on them. Center caps included. Asking: $1600 + shipping. PM me if interested. Thanks!

Here are a few pics:

The blemish can be seen at 1 o'clock on the last 2 photos. Not very noticeable in person.

Yes, they will fit GTS's with 15mm-13mm adapter on the rear and GT's and S4's with fender rolling.

...and the ET57 front is just about the most 928-friendly offset in an OE wheel this side of the very rare 17x8 and 17x9 ET70 Cup II's.

ilko - We 928'ers have a very hard time finding wheels anywhere close to our stock ET65. The CIII's favorable front offset, combined with its great looks, make them very popular with 928 owners. Yours look very nice and reasonably priced, thanks for posting here!

And his are OE wheels, not OEM.
Hard to beat real OE Porsche wheels for quality.
They look really good on a 928 IMHO.
I did not use any spacers on my 87, but it does have GTS rear fenders.

Mine, again.

That's what I meant. I'll go back and correct, thanks!

I like this style and I am also looking at the 5 spoke 18 Panamera wheels. Does anyone have any advice on the better choice. I just read up on fender rolling and would consider that for a more aggresive look. Can it be accomplished safely most of the time?

I think some of you are missing the fact these are 11 inch rears........most are 10's.

I've bought quite a few sets of these for myself and other people. The price I've paid for 11's averaged about $400 - $500 more over the 10's.

If I didn't literally have a mountain of Porsche wheel's in storage, I would be jumping on these at this price. I need a set of 11's..........

Both fit the 928 well. This style has been very popular in recent years with 928 owners. However, it seems like a lot of people are buying the Panamera wheels lately.

The new price for OE wheels has little relevance to the used prices when they are commonly available used. I'll bet new manhole covers are/were expensive also.
I agree the 11" are more much less common than the 10" but they aren't unobtanium.

I really like my Panamera wheels. Just removed them from my '88 and have them on my '90 GT now. Pictured here on the '88.

You said in new condition, once wheels have been mounted and balanced they are no longer in new condition in my book.

I know.
I just bought a front and they are expensive, I still need a rear and may be forced to buy a new one, and that sucks.

I love them. Seeing your car in another thread was the reason I am now looking for 18in. Panamera's. So just keep rubbing it in how good they look on your cars!. LOL

FWIW you shouldn't **** on another guys For Sale thread. If you don't like the price..... Move on! If you are serious about buying the tires/rims send a low offer through a pm. I have done this b4 and it brings nothing but negativity....
