The inner radius is tighter in the filled area.(post #53 pic 2)
pic 3 you can see the area is wrong also.
Wouldn't Brad be able to tell by the VIN and other indicators whether this car came equipped w rear wiper?

Oh good lord!!!
I have been practicing on filling the rear spoiler. This was the first attempt. Lots of R&D has been done and I think the 2nd one will be perfect.
This was a first attempt and it looks ok but yes you can see the outline of the fill in spot. I ordered another batch of material and will try the second one this weekend. Pretty sure I can get it flawless with no seam.

Nice job Brad. +1 on the recipe share if comfortable doing so.
I am constantly amazed by the keen eyes of some on here. I kept looking and zooming and am only somewhat convinced I can see any traces of your mod.

I have no intention of selling these and after it looks right I will share the process I used. I can tell you that it is about $75 in material to fill in the hole. I used three different rubber compunds till I found the one that best fits the Shore Hardness. I will try and have it complete by our next group meeting and get their buy in.
