Default Purists go away: 928 hybrid racer comes to life

Done with the new painless harness and have come to 2 conclusions:

1. It was a good decision to get rid of the stock 30 year old wiring

2. push button start is quite cool

That's some cubes. Thanks for coming back to post, look forward to an in-action vid..

I think you've got a lock on the MadMax redux /motif for the board, at present at least.

Thanks for the compliments guys... I'll post a vid shortly of some flame spitting action as the car seems to be running a bit rich

Ah yes... forgot to put it back to 0* after checking the adjustability when I first installed it

I would settle for more pictures though

Good move to replace the wiring.....matter of fact..it is a good move to replace or repair almost everything before heading out on the track. The old and crusty bits are usually revealed at 130 mph or after multiple turns.....yikes!! Question on your speedometer. What signal makes it work after stripping out the wiring?
Sounds great, what did you do for the headers?
