What??!? Get busy with that Sharktuner!!

And great video, thanks for posting. That's a pretty interesting autocross circuit, was it originally built as a test track? It seems too narrow for a proper race track, but looks plenty fast on that back section.

Engine/exhaust sound fantastic--excellent acceleration on the back stretch too!

Sorry Jim, still recovering from that Texas clutch job. Getting a bonus next week, then tune on!

Our Autocross is at the local County Sheriff's driver training facility. Good mix of autocross and track. Most of the times were from 71 to 75 seconds. I got a 69 for third. FTD was 66 for the GTR, and 68 for the Super Snake.

That video was my fastest lap. If it hadn't started sleeting should have been able to take another second or two off my times. Was still being overly cautious in a couple of turns that had damaging run off areas. The 997 Turbo lost a radiator.

Think I can tune out that 3 second difference between my GTS and the GTR?

Bruce, Definitely the best sounding car at the event.

Since getting the Sharktuner chips working throttle equals oversteer. And that's with the S4 tune that comes with the Sharktuner. You can see it squirming out of every corner. Think there may be an alignment issue. Worst case I can soften the front rebound to get a little more balance on corner exit.

Well done, nice exhaust tone and good driving but these auto X-s are better suited for slow cars like entry level econoboxes. At least your course had a straight stretch where you could get on it for a few seconds.

Those econoboxes, even the SCCA hopped up ones, don't usual do too well at our events.

Here is another typical course...
