I don't know about you but I type with my elbows, keeps my fingers off the wrong keys....

You and I are on the same page no worries.

"Food for thought" -
As I have said many times the cutting of the tooth profile to exactly the same as the 01/04 Porsche tooth profile is the one issue that stopped me making these gears - PERIOD. After spending a lot of time and money I had to let it go because for me it was not possible. The selling price was always in the $300+ range which defeated the object.

I take my hat off to Carl for being able to machine match the 01/04 tooth profile and sell the product for $320 - well done!

As seems to be suggested if the market will accept a different tooth profile and the part can be machined from close to the 01/04 tooth profile pulley stock I can sell these gears for a lot less than $200.

We can't change to another belt with a different tooth form and replace all the gears on the car to match - two reasons -
1) No other belt exists of the length we need and tooling costs and setup to make it would be uneconomical.
2) The cost of making four gears would be in the $400 to $600 range and again does not make economical sense.
