use some Dow Corning 111 on the injectors seals,
they will slide in easily and also stay soft
NOTE dont remove any of the seals to add the DC111

Installed the injectors today, car is running great now, idles smooth and plenty of power, now I can start thinking about the TB/WP job.

What causes injectors to get so clogged?

I think since the car sat a lot and the injectors were allowed to dry out, when they dry out a residue is left that can clog them.
