That's what I recommended in the other thread.

any parts that are not OE should have this, including aftermarket exhaust mods, fuel parts, any non-standard brake equipment etc. It allows Roger and his company to be held harmless and basically makes the parts the responsibility of the installer.

It's done all over the place for wheels, exhaust mods and any kind of performance bits.
