Tony, daughter w/dd 84 and an appreciation for them is in VA Beach.
(she's driven the 85 in avatar and the 86 fairly regularly at times)
Got an address, PM me, if its safe for her she could probably do it.

Hmm - wonder if Kyle ("Shark Attack") is looking to get back into a shark - one of the questions was from a NE PA person.

Landseer, Looks like an OK neighborhood, but I cannot vouch for the location. I would not want to put your daughter in any kind of danger. If she does decide to go with maybe her boyfriend or ? could you ask the owner where he lives so they can go out and have a look? I will be out of town today cleaning up a garage in preperation for the dismantling of the 79 pascha car. Chuck, that petrol blue ? one in CA is on my list but this 86.5 looks like all it needs is a pascha interior and it's an 86.5 with only 42,000 miles. 77Tony

The engine bay looks clean however, and more consistant with a low mileage car. Still, the engine looks to be sitting low, which could be a motor mount issue common to these cars. Again, not consistant with a low mileage car.

Dear haversham1105,The pictures show that the sunroof motor cover is on the cassette cover. Reason? Have the timing belt and water pump been changed? Are there any cracks at the interior panels? Any larger pics? Thanks, - whitensxs

Haversham1105 from ebay responded to my 2 e-mails but did not really answer them quite right. I don't think this guy really knows what a 928 is, and is selling it for someone? It has a temp or dealer tag, so maybe he owns a used car lot ? He said the car was on the corner of Timberlake and Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach. I google mapped what turned out to be a pretty busy intersection with 2 lanes going in all four directions and a turning lane. This is what I found on each corner: a large house, a gas station, a 7 Eleven, and 2-3 fairly large homes with tall corner bushes hiding them behind the intersection. I just e-mailed him again for an exact address and phone #. I am very serious on buying this car for the Just Peachy project and if someone can get over there I would be beholden to you. TIA. 77Tony

Are you looking to buy this car just for the chassis and rolling gear?
It's an Auto. Would you be converting the chassis the manual to fit the early car's tranny?
Maybe the Peachy thread is a better place, but would you care to share what kind of 928 you plan to create?
