Those look virtually identical on my monitor. The first two absolutely look the same, the 3rd one is a touch darker... I like!

With that pasha interior, that color range is going to look great!

Hey Tony, the project is looking good. Those look like HoK Kandy shapes?
Either case I think it will good, but you know what my color choice would be :P

Your color choices will look good with the interior, I agree with NoVector.

More pictures!

Cheers!
Carl

79's are so much fun to drive. I have found a new appreciation for my OB. I am not saying it is better than the 85 just different in a cool way. It feels lighter, more nimble I quess.

You all have some mad skills and I hope to see this car one day in person!
Let me be perfectly clear on this, Jeff is the one with the mad (mechanical & body) skills. I just do as I am told ! Color seems to be a hit, and will look great with these Fikse classic mags. Thanks to all, and more pics coming soon. T

Nice! off the charts! Great to see my favorite 928 (a OB w/ Pasha) getting this kind of TLC!

Exhaust was pulled off today, along with the starter, etc. Cleaned off most of the stripper, and look what showed up. Brass welds at the top of the B-pillar where it meets the hatch & roof. Pretty neat. T

James, Had a productive day: Built a roller, borrowed a friends engine hoist, pulled 2 motors, torque tube, trans, etc. The plan is to finish cleaning up the rest of the 80, then getting it over to a few painters next week to get a few estimates on the finish sanding, paint, clear & buff. T

Tony ... love the pics ... sort of like 'where's wally?'
Didn't notice the helmet in the first engine pic until I looked again.

Very nice progress...pretty soon you'll have a assembly line going
Is the yellow tint actually brass or tin? Shop manuals mention tin between panels. On my GT it is yellow as well on the sunroof section.

Cheers!
Carl
