What's left for today;

O2 sensor bung,
air filter and piping,
BOV,
Connection to MAF,
Vacuum/boost line to rear,
Coolant lines to turbo,
finish tightening all the manifold nuts,
pulling timing out of the MAP, and adding more fuel to the mid range,

I'm probably missing a few things, but will sort them when I get to them.
Should be able to go for a drive later today.

So I have a bone stock engine other than stage II cams, any guesses how much power it will make with 6PSI?

Hey Colin,

Is that going to be a street car?

That turbo unit looks like it's hangin' mighty low...

To answer your question, my guess will be some where between 435 & 465 RWHP
on 6 psi

Not any lower than any other mid mount turbo. Lot more room there than one might imagine.

I'm guessing you will have in the range of 265 or 275 HP

So, is that one of the new "oil free" Comp Turbos? Just curious, as that would make a much easier rear mount setup without the scavenge pump.

@daemon,
I have snow tires I will put on when I need to. :P

@hans,
Yes it is one of the oil-less turbos w/ billet racing impeller.

@Mike,
Yup street car, it really isn't that low, and with 1000/600 spring rates at stock height the car doesn't sink much to hit things.

Colin, where is your MAF going to be located? The one I installed is placed back before the turbo intake.

Colin,

What A/R are you running on the exhaust side?? Is this a 60mm turbo? Looks good, glad to see more RMT's or mid-mounts coming out of the woodwork.

You are going to get lots of attention when that wastegate opens up!!

By the way, PM me about how you plan to tune. I have hours and hours invested in a 5 PSI LH tune with 24lb injectors and 7 PSI tune with 30lb injectors......every car is different, but this would get you close.

Sean, I'm going to leave the MAF in stock location. If it doesn't work I will be changing to a different type of MAF.

Mike,
I have stage II cams installed so your maps would be difficult. But I would be interested in the ign maps.
Also the turbo is basically a T76, with a T4 .84A/R, and billet racing impeller.

And yes I know it will likely get loud once the WG open, but I don't mind.

I'm going to be going for a 12.5:1 AFR and see how she does.
