Fuse that powers the HVAC head
I started a thread a while ago explaining that I had lost my HVAC. No control, no blower, nothing at all. I jumped the blower relay and the blower would work but all the other controls (temp slider and blend) were still dead. I tried changing head units to a known working one and still nothing.
I suspect it is a wiring problem under my center console as I have some other electrical issues nagging from the summer so this could be tied into that. Just to make sure, I wanted to know what fuse powers the HVAC head so I can check that first. I looked in the fuse chart and nothing is listed and the wiring diagram for the HVAC really has my head spinning LOL!

"Fuse #8 - Air Conditioning System"
On Page 97-221, in Zone E35, you will see that fuse, with a black/white wire running from G13 to Terminal 10 of the HVAC head unit.

The little blue relay on the HAVC board control the AC clutch. I mounted a bigger relay using Wally's instruction. I don't think there is another relay on the HAVC PC board.

Yes still have that problem. Drove the car for about an hour and it was still fine. I also replaced my HVAC head at the same time, so maybe something was wrong with it. Could have been a cheap fuse, it blew in the summer when using the A/C.
