Great Roger
I'd rather give you the business
Any risk going 80w/100w on a stock us 85?
What size is the standard bulb?

I put Hermans kit in Rogers car a few months back and had not seen them in action (at night) so Roger took me out last night for a nice drive in the country. Unbelievably bright with the high beams on.

I'm a fan of the 7" LED truck light at that price point, but to get the ultimate light, get you some H4's, 85w/100w bulbs, Hermans lighting kit and you will have the best light you can get with out adding a bunch of Pia's under the bumper.

Now I'm going to have to buy some H4's.

On all my cars with 7" H4's I run the higher wattage bulbs - no issues at all.

The only issue with 80/100 is that you don't get all the light you'd expect due to wiring losses. It a game of diminishinhg returns - as you increase the wattage you lose more volts over the wires (which are pretty skinny).

You do get more light but less than you'd expect by the wattage rating change - you can fix this (and recover the original losses) with local relays.

However you may find that even the stock ROW wattages are hugely better than you have now due to the higher ROW stock power and massively improved focus pattern.

BTW that is an excellent price - why is anyone running sealed beams?, remember once you've changed burned out sealed beams a few times - these have paid for themselves.
