It looks like he has multiple 928's. If you look in one of the pictures you can see 1 or 2 928's behind.

Just a guess, but I'm thinking it's missing a "1" at the front of the price. Based on the, er, landscaping, this dude isn't going to be selling a $2700 S4. But you never know.
