Default CIS: Quick Start -> Stall Issue

Folks,

Car has been running great lately and usually turns over on the first crank. However, over the past 4 weeks or so, 1 crank turned into two, then three cranks before it catches. It may or may not catch on the first crank but if it does it only hangs on for 2-4 seconds and cuts out. It may do this 2 or 3 more times before it catches. During this time if I try and press on the gas it will promptly stall out.

Troubleshooting:

I quickly got out my CIS gauges to see if there was anything obvious:

Cold Pressure - In Spec
Warm Pressure - In Spec
System Pressure - In Spec
Thermotine Switch Resistance - In Spec
Leak Down - In Spec

I pulled the Cold Start Valve (CSV), cranked the engine over and fuel squirted out. One thing I did see with the CSV it appears not to 'spray' but more shoot out. Some posts that I read said that's not really an issue. (I'm on the fence as I don't have any data to go one way or the other). That being said, I'm not sure of the next steps....

Finally, once it does catch, AAV does it's thing, and it idles just fine at 850 RPM. No stumbling when the accelerator is pressed either.

Any help is appreciated!

BEFORE it catches, and its COLD, is the AAV mostly open?
Mine had some stalling issues once, when running cold, but the AAV wasnt open enough, so I tweaked it until it was.

Possibly a small vacuum leak combined with colder weather?
