I remember the Agassi GTS being for sale and I had thought about buying it as I daydreamed about owning a Porsche since I was 11 years old and could finally afford to buy one I believe this car was being sold by Agassi himself in 1999? Or maybe it was in 1998. I missed owning a fun and fast car and back then I finally had enough money to buy a real sports car with the cash I made in tech stocks that year.
The GTS was white, had low miles, and priced fairly (I think) but I went with a barely used 15th anniversary Supra Turbo instead and sold that car in the mid 2000s and I can't believe what they go for in today's marketplace. I have no regrets as I bought a 2011 Carrera GTS and a 2011 GT3RS in 2012 and vow to keep the Carrera GTS for as long as I can but I have brutal chronic pain in both shoulders and neck and my shoulder feels dead after a weekend of HPDE so it's not that fun to drive it now.
Did you buy it from Agassi and it was white right? What year did you buy it? Sorry I just want to see if I remember the details of this particular 928 GTS correctly.
