Mark Anderson has a 2011 CTS-V with the LSA engine (556hp). I can't even come close to keeping up with him, in my stroker.

Okay back on topic......there is MUCH MORE to life than just flooring it in a straight line.....life has curves and so should any race.....the strength of ANY 928 is not just drag racing or top speed runs......its about balance & how it does everything well......which makes it quite easy to drive hard....
At my very 1st trackday EVER there was a 1 year old Turbo S (996 with 444hp) convertible in my rookie group....early in the day he would pass me like nothing...by the end of the day I was all over him in my stock 88 S4 auto....he would pull me a little bit on the straights then loose it all on the brakes and in the turns..... the nut behind the wheel counts for a bunch when "driving" becomes involved....anyone can write a check and floor it....

I'm going to buy one of the CTS-V Sport wagons at some point in the future. I have a really strange affinity for Wagons for some reason. My wife just doesn't understand. What's not to like about a 550hp WAGON?
Plus, I figure the wagon will be the cheapest and least beat on.

My wagen lust, in no particular order:
1995 BMW M5T, 3.8L/6 speed, Avus Blue.
E39 M5T, too bad they never made a U.S. model.
E55 or E63 MB Wagon
I guess I'd 'accept' that new Ferrari FF thing...
