So are those kind of posts not allowed either?

Posting a link with no affiliation is completely different from a sales thread on your own car, or one you have interest in. Rules seem simple to me, if you want to sell something, then join, if you want to sell a lot of somethings, sponsor.

yep; that's pretty much it. Otherwise, we risk ending up with alot of spam junk for sale posts. Sometimes the rules burn good guys who have a long history, but that's a small price for a very inexpensive membership and the mitigation of spam.

Was seriously considering this car for my father. In the end, Dad decided to pass as he wants original paint in good condition.

Very nice early car with lots of potential! And it's what I call a virgin euro!
