Early production volume calculations - 1977-78

Thanks Jim for continuing to wring this out. Jim and I have discussed these early VINs vs production numbers many times, and more data points are the only way to improve the model. Of particular interest to me and to a few others out there is the possibility of the finding out what euro VIN would have been "production car number 001" The only way I can see to do this is to get a few data points of production numbers of Euro 1977 builds built BEFORE the start of USA production...meaning roughly the first half of calendar year 1977.
Pre-production cars start with my VIN 00011, and include other known cars such as Jim'v 00016, other cars from the press launch, Geneva show cars, my 00034, etc. Somewhere between the press launch (march 1977) and later spring/ or summer of 1977 a "production line" opened. Before then the cars were hand built by teams in pre-production fashion. "production number 0001" ended up on one of these cars...which euro VIN? We'd also know how many "pre-production" cars were built... 30? 50? ??
Alex has euro VIN 105...that would be a great data point.
