Early production volume calculations - 1977-78

If it helps, Porsche doesn't know when my car was built or what color it was or what it cost. I therefore believe that 9289200459 (my car) is the fabled "made entirely of gold for the US market" and I will offer it here for $79,248,000, or roughly $1600 per ounce. Anyone? I mean a car so rare Porsche doesn't even admit it exists...

Since the Recaro factory is so close to Zuffenhausen, I surmise the seat delivery lead-time was short (due to inventory purposes).
As a datapoint: My #6 car was finished being build Feb. 22, 1977. Seats were marked Feb 10, 1977.
At minimum, based on the Sept. 30, 1977 seat date stamp, I know RoW #579 wasn't finished until at least early Oct 77.
This makes my estimate interesting because I figured 529 RoW's were built before Aug 77. So based on this new info, leaves only 50 RoW built in Aug and Sept. combined. The is something about my linear application that is not adding up.
I would be interested to know the VIN of a RoW 928 with a seat stamp of July 77.

I hope you can get to the bottom of this.
I just wasn't sure it was right to use de seat in the calculations. Seriously, don't seats get moved around too much, maybe even last minute changes during production?
Also I am wondering if production was linear, or something of a batch operation?

Thank you!
So my linear approach is not accurate. Clearly, 8 cars per day was more like 6 cars/day.
More importantly, it appears the RoW production is late July/early August nearly came to a halt as US production went underway (with an attempt to fulfill US dealer order ASAP).
I think there is a guy up near Philly that has the earliest AT I know of.... maybe you should look into it, James.

What is stamped into body in right side of engine bay next to shock mount and ignition module? That stamping is hardest to change and should be real VIN of the body regardless what any sticker or car papers say.
