Maybe iccy928 up near Elicott city can lend him an old 16 inch phone dial locally.
So what I didn't realize was we had the full package loaded, where it smooths the data and outputs CAD files.

there's the money! That is a COOL toy to have at your disposal. I'm jealous of all the parts you could output and stash away on a CD somewhere!

It still requires skilled work at the computer. But its all there in one place.
The gear is in heavy use at large manufacturers around the world.
Its now within the reach of the smaller shop.
