You say every component.

This includes the hard lines which require the engine to be removed?

However, I am interested to know if the fittings have been upgraded to the new quick disconnect fittings?
Have you removed and reinstalled new schraeder valves? If you do, consider putting a thin film of sunlight dish soap around the rubber, and inspect the hole for corrosion/pitting on the sealing edge.
Also when you put the cap back on, make 100% sure that there is nothing inside the cap. If there is, or it isnt the right cap, its possible to hold the valve down/open ever so slightly.....

I second that. I had previously had both front and rear expansion valves replaced and all the O-rings to the rear AC unit. One year later it was blowing warm and we found die at the fuel cooler/heat exchanger. The O-rings were bad.

She's back to blowing cold now.
