Default Cold Idle Problem

On the 86, won't stay running cold without extra gas peddle. Idles smoothly but RPM a little low after engines runs for about 5 minutes. Tried increasing idle per procedure but couldn't get past about 500 RPM warm. Replaced T2 sensor and put in a rebuilt MAF without change. I have a new ICV on the way which is my best guess. Any other good possibilities?

Thanks

The 1985 - 1986 928s require setting the base idle speed and base CO prior to relying on the idle speed regulator and lambda regulation to work properly.

It could be that your base idle speed is too low.

See the attachment for the test port.

If you haven't inspected the connector to your LH fuel injection module, look for corrosion around connector pin 2.

Thanks Rich. That's what I meant by trying to adjust " per procedure."
