Default Alternator mounting point.... how i hate you.

Most blocks that i have seen have some sort of stripped out hole, or broken mounting surface. I just got a Lincoln Precision 225 TIG welder off the bay. should have it in a weeks or so. that gives me time to get some watercooling parts (i hate air cooled torches) then, this will be my first fix. anyone have an extra steel insert that goes in here?

Look on the 4.7 I sent and see if it has that metal piece.
