After smog, I plan on doing a smog pump delete, high flow cats and maybe this exhaust. Will it bolt up to an 85 and will flow and sound better than the stock set-up? Thanks.

Sound is anyone's guess and subject to interpretation. Looks like a straight-through absorption type muffler. It's old, the packing may be clogged or burned out so it'll be louder. Performance depends in part on the diameter of the inner pipe/baffles. And, midpipes are smaller diameter than I'd like to see on a 32V. A lot of folks would probably opt for 2.5", I'd go with 2.25, 2.0 might be mathematically adequate. Smaller diameter will reduce the sound volume as well as constricting the flow at high rpms.

you will find that you will lose top end power with the pipes that small,
I wouldnt put it on the 80 either
Put it on CL and sell it to a Honda guy
