Default 1983 Euro S 5 spd No S/R-- Trades?

Due to loss of storage and the need to finish a round of changes and adjustments driven by my (civilian) service in D.C., it is probably time to relinquish my 928.

However, by way of mitigation, replacing it with one that might be suitable for urban life is still appealing.

So, see Sig below. I'll post a couple pics. Interested in Auto Trans, healthy A/C cars as follows:

- 83 and up Euros
- 85/86 US
- S4s

As may be evident, I'm not a big fan of black/red/silver, but willing to talk.

Anyone with an interest discussing further, please PM

.

Thanks for the kind remarks. It's been a long time and a lot of cash/equity, maybe I should just sell or else keep it and soldier on. The thought of having it completely mothballed or else wallowing through the D.C. traffic doesn't sit well with me though, and my opportunities to break out for some leisure driving are pretty much non-existent.
Still open to messages at this time, though!

This is a nice car, how did you get the 911 seats or are these factory?
how much are you asking for this Euro??
does it have any EPA documents for emission certification?
Is the title clear?

Those (911) seats were also used in factory 928 configurations in early cars, as sport seats. I've seen a couple of early cars with them.

Competition package with those high bolstered, perforated leather seats usually also had a three spoke sport wheel from the 930. Black Shark has my old 81 with the same configuration. It should have flat dish wheels, though, to remain original. Mine was before the 'S' came to the US.

Flat wheels are in my basement, forged I assume...
The replaced steering wheel was a four spoke, however.

See, now that's why I didn't get into responding to specific questions and asked for PMs for candidate trades.

I will go back to re-read the rules and see if the 'for sale' requirements also capture trades.

maybe you dont really want to let go of a good car,
i wouldnt either what could you replace it with?

Putting a price down gets you closer to the edge of selling it off.
The EPA cert if you have one is useful on states with emission testing.

No EPA/Emissions docs.
I had a narrative history of the car cobbled together at one point, but have lost track.
Title is clear.

More, of course.

A GT might do though. Is that an over-reach?

I would need to transfuse back some of the blood that was let out of my veins during the last many years.
Still not quite reconciled with the idea of a sale, but you're right I should get there.

Which I guess means this has become a vanity thread- I'll see about deleting it.
