So, when you hold the key in lock position, it closes windows and sunroof. Mine does that ... but when I turn off the car, that relay clicks on and off (under the driver's seat) and closes windows and sunroof in spurts. Looks super weird. Ideas? I pulled the relay and checked for dry solder connections, but it didn't seem to help.

That is certainly a weird one, if you want to do another test I have an original controller from a 91 you can test with to verify a controller issue or not.

BTW, In my recent OCD driven "spring cleaning" here I found something for you.. a 1"+ stack of the records/history for your GTS. Have them laid out already to mail to you, can drop in the control unit if you want to use it to test as mentioned. Just let me know.

Common problem with the later units that sit under the left seat.
Hard to find used units that do not already have similar problems - grab the unit that DR offered you.
New unit from Porsche is big $ and no longer has a lot of the features. Does not have the key operated close feature, I sent a few of them back and also entered a tech email to Porsche but no response (not unusual).

I know Hans is able to duplicate the unit as I spoke to him about it when mine had the same problem.
