A sorted 5-speed Euro with working AC and no sunroof is a good 928 to get into - and you'd need less "fix it up" budget than you would with the one you started this thread about, so a higher initial price makes sense (928's typically get cheaper the more you spend on initial purchase price - if you're going to daily drive the car or own for more time than the current registration lasts, then on the "average" one you will be facing many thousands of dollars of parts)
