I've had two 69 Dodge Chargers. My brother owns one of them, but the one I really wish I had kept is my 71 Roadrunner. Plum crazy (actually inviolet), replacement 440 motor with four-speed transmission and air grabber hood.

Fiat X1/9 was the best handling car I've driven. Chronic rust problem though. Most reliable was a 1984 924. Did 250k miles and apart from the normal consumables, the only problem was a snapped clutch cable.

Always liked the AMX.
Does that 390 drag pack have the 2 4bbls on it?
That might of been 1969 seen one with the 2 holley 4 bbls
not sure if that was a super stock package or aftermarket.
Found it:

Too many to remember, All gone ! but the pick of them,
Oldies from way back;

Porsche 356 "super"(?WTF?)90 speedster,Nothing super about it. It was the ugliest,most gutless car I ever owned(but worth a heap these days,WHY??)
1964 1/2 Mustang standard with 260 engine, LHD in a RHD country, easy way to kill yourself!
1965 Lotus Cortina
1965 4.2E, FHC
1972 Jenson Interceptor

Toys from last 20 years
90, and 94 Z32 300Zx's both 2 seaters
1980 TR7 coupe (I dumped in a 3.9Rover V8)
1981 TR8 ragtop, with worked 4.6Rover V8, so much torque, that when the engine was revved, the gap between the door and rear guard would open and close noticeably.
77 260Z, ZERO RUST! I completely rebuilt it,put a 1JZ Vvti single turbo in, The fastest and scariest car I have ever owned, would walk all over a 300Z , cornered like a rat, Never found out how quick it was, Waaaay too fast for me!
the only one I wish I still owned.
Most of the ones I owned in my 20's are worth a heap these days, but I miss the 260Z.

2.5gt? Those were reasonably quick and pretty sweet little cars. I always wanted to drop the 2jz out of my SC and swap in a 1UZ, mate it up to the five speed manual... but I bought the 928 instead to save myself the headache.

Or are you talking about one of the earlier soarers?

Hi Tony,

My Soarer was an '82 that I bought in '86. It was a Z10 series and it had a 2.8 liter motor (5M-GE, I think). The later Soarer's had twin ceramic turbos or something crazy like that. The Soarer, Skyline GTR's and Nissan Leopards were pretty quick for the times (faster than most Corvettes). The late '80s to early '90s Soarers were basically Supras underneath. I think later they were changed to what we call the Lexus SC series, even though over in Japan there is no Lexus, Acura or Infinity (they just use their parent companies names). That's probably the ones you were talking about. I really like those Lexus SC models. I was lucky because when I bought it the Yen/Dollar exchange rate was about 280 to 1. By the time I left, it was about 120 to 1 and I would have never been able to afford it on a Corporal's pay!

I miss my '70 Datsun 1000. Just think of the gas mileage!
It would be fun to let my daughter drive my '84 Nissan Pulsar.
Best yet would be the '65 Sunbeam Alpine that I couldn't afford to keep while a teenager and dutifully 'sold' it back to my brother. Sniff...
Pictures are all representations.

Wow, amazing cars guys.

I miss my 1970 240Z. Bought it in the early 80's when I was in college. It had the usual rust and some primer on it. Didn't look the best, but I loved driving it.

Had the dealer option mag wheels on it like this one, but just imagine the usual rust and some primer and you'd get the picture.

Would like to get another Z car one of these days.

There is a sorry silver 280Z sitting in a guys driveway that I drive by all the time. It looks to be all there, so one of these days I will make him a low ball offer and maybe tow that sorry thing home.

My 1985 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE with 64,000 km's. I purchased it from the original owner in 2005. I sold it in 2008.

I miss it, but I had kept it I wouldn't have the 928 right now.

The think had never even seen rain it's whole life, you could eat off the undercarriage. It was my 7th and last FB.

I sold to a guy out in BC via ebay.

In my younger days, I could usually barely afford to keep cars running, much less fix them up. Several I sold to pay tuition, one I gave a few away when I was a little older.Two Mustangs, and a 280Z, But the one I really should have kept was one almost exactly like this '65 Mustang, though mine wasn't in this pristine condition;
