It's a semi long shot but I have had this happen a few times in conjunction with a bad Temp II. Measurements differed across the two prongs to ground and were not in spec to the ambient temperature. This caused a very rich condition and could not start. I now carry a spare to keep my spare relays company.

Have you checked / bypassed the IMS relay yet?
