Default anybody happen to know what the two inline fuses identical on both sides are?

mounted to strut tower on both sides, and traveling through fender into somewhere. each strut tower has a clamp that holds the two of them in place.

I could chase them, but why do that when I am surrounded by experts?

what are they?

what do they do?

do I need them?

thanks

Yeah, I'd guess (?) Leedee's talking about the connectors for the pad wear sensors/ABS connectors/RDK sensors, 'minus the ABS and RDK since he's got an '84.

it is an 84 Euro. they look like inline fuse holders. They are bolted to the strut towers, and identical on both sides. I will post a picture later tonight. the car in the picture above has a much different set up, but similar. the bracket mine are in doesnt look like that one. it is more like two open clips made of plastic. The one in the pic appears to have 3 also, not two. but the actual orange inline fuse holder looks to be the same. why are there 3 on this car?

that clean reservoir is actually what a new reservoir looks like,
if yours is dark tan or brown then its close to its life expectancy limit,
same goes for the washer tank fill tube,
in the picture above new parts both of them

Hmm. Maybe I should put a bolt back in that reservoir mounting flange.

actually, mine are fairly decent. The entire engine bay is pretty good. Other than the dirt and filth that the rats brought into it when they decided to turn my 928 into a hilton suites for rodents of course.
