It is not known to me or at least a couple other 16 valve folks here in Houston area. Sorry, didn't intend to ignore your request, just hoped someone would have some information. Don Carter seems to know many of the later car owners but he has been pretty quiet (tied up with 2 32v 928's neither behaving really well at the moment)

Don't know that car but love the color! I saw it a few days ago in CL and it looked like it could be a decent deal, especially with the TB maintenance being current. Friendswood is the other side of this huge city from me, over an hour away, otherwise I'd probably take a look.

Guy emailed back-I plan to try to call again. Said he did all the work. Owned an older OB and that the car has a 6-speed automatic (suspect!!!)...

Mine has 6 speeds , 5 forward and one reverse. Not an automatic though

Now that that remark is out, the car is a great color but the price seems too good. I'd be worried about the "finishing touches" like having it run and such.
