I will second that. I was astonished at how much harder 4th gear pulled after adding forced induction....my nerve ran out at 170 and although not pulling nearly as strong, the car was still accelerating.....

Quantum is different than Newtonian Physics.
Wind resistance goes up by the square of velocity and is not related to the speed of light... theoretically speaking since C is constant so a car traveling at speed has slightly more mass but it's too small to measure.
In other words... going fast equals fun!

Yep - I know a guy very well that chickened out at 146 the other day. He told me he would have had to change lanes to let it keep climbing, and this just wasn't in his plans from a safety standpoint. But from what I understand, his S3 was still pulling hard. I further understand that he made it from North Houston to Rowlett, TX, in 2-1/2 hours. He told me he averaged 106 for the trip. Knowing this guy as I do...I know he was jamming Led Zepplin at ear splitting levels and grinning ear to ear the whole time...

You speed freaks. Watch this video, a crazy swede on a motorcycle going the distance of 42,6 miles between two cities in heavy traffic in less than 15 minutes. Can you calculate the average speed? It is 170mph!!!

Fast is fun, bud. But frankly I've got a problem with the heavy traffic part. Endangering youself, and especially others, is not impressive .
I'm no forum purist by any stretch, but how about you stick with 928 content?

My car pulls pretty good above 100mph. Can't wait for boost. Plus, it sounds SOOO much better at full throttle!
That guy on the motorcycle is on borrowed time. I feel sorry for the people that have to clean up his smear once his time runs out.
