Well you could always spray the seal off and prime it again just to be sure.
Oh I did not know the Maga squirt had an internal map.
My first year with the electromotive tec-4 system was a learning curve and 2 years later it still is. With the tec-4 I find the problem is that everything can adjust everything, so when tuning for one thing it will afect everything else.
The support forums are a must.
Good luck buddy and dont worry as it will all fall into place when you are tuning

I'm lucky that I found a race shop here in town that has experience with mega squirt software. My plan is to get it running the best i can then have them Dyno tune....

I know what you mean about the second guessing! Just be methodical and check off a list as you go to be able to look back and know it WAS done. I could not do this without a list to work through! Hoping to hear you get it running soon so I can ask you questions...

I have never been able to complete a list in my life. They have this odd way of growing with the same number of items always needing to be completed.

Man, those brackets came out great. They have a cleaner look than a machined part with rough edges. Let me know if they ever give you any trouble.

This thread is super cool!
Hard to tell from the pics, but where are you tying in the stud bracket onto the runners?
Are you really concerned you blew out your RMS? How many RMB did you run the drill?

The Rods screw in to the stock injector hold down screw hole.
I have a very very small oil "weep" on the lower cover. And after checking everywhere else, rms is the only place it could come from. Little 3/8 drill, son not to sure what Rpm's she turned...

On the contrary, if the nut on that threaded rod lets go, or any other component of that hold down system fails, they WILL shoot out like a cork. That's why all OE reails have a clip to keep the injectors in place when the rail gets loose. I would make notches in those tubes to accept a clip.

Thought about that. The nut on top of the bracket ( under the rail) is welded to the rod ( making it a long bolt) Lock nut under the bracket, lock nut against the rod on top of the intake mount and a lock nut under the intake flage the rod goes in. But I'll add that idea to my fuel system notes, always looking at ideas.

Your cone filter intake will drastically reduce your available power due to high intake temps.
Other than that looks good.
I will be able to send tables instead of an MSQ to be able to get you running.
The MSQ was actually modified from Bart-Jan's. I've got tables closer to what you'll need at home.
