Shift problem need help
Finally me an my tech man finished my 89 s4 auto convert to 5 speed (use DD clutch and G28 10 trans), also intake refresh.
I want to thanks your guys help, especially Rich, Herman, Blown 87...etc. Without you guys help, I can not finished this convert in Taiwan.
But I still have 2 problem can not solve.
1.High idle when engine hot(1000RPM), but AC on is normal(675 RPM).
Cold start is fine(675RPM).
Where should I checked first?
2.Shift R,1,3,5 is no problem, but 2 and 4 will have noise some time(from bell housing), sound like gear hit gear, where should I check first?
