Default Air ? on pressures and control unit

80 euro

Been down for ten years it held a vacuum, filled with 31 Oz 134 37/280 it's 95 degrees out. It cooled down about 35 degrees.

When shut off the pressure should equalize to air temp it is staying at 275 on both high and low. I do not want to restart it any ideas on this bad expansion valve?

Control unit only blows on high it is getting voltage on the pins as I go from 1-4 disconnecting the defroster relay it still blows on high. Did this year have a bypass on the resistor pack?

Update:
With pin 8 removed from the resistor pack I now have 3 of 4 blower speeds but the compressor is engaging with or with out the A/C button pressed. this is with the control unit in any position except off or economy.

I restarted the car and it ran loaded for 30 seconds until the compressor pressure came down.
