Default 90 928 S4 TB Tensioner

The tensioner idler pulley as shown in the PET shows that the washer #12 is in front of roller #10, however, I remember during disassembly the washer being between the post #11 and roller #10.
Any suggestions. In Dwaynes write up I do not see any washer.
Thanks

There should not be a washer between the pump and roller. PET is right.

But is there supposed to be a washer between the tensioner arm and the idler roller (nr 12 in PET)? This is for my '89.
