Your wife, friends, and associates are going to have to get used to that "grin on your chin". I've had my GTS for 5 1/2 years, and there is still a grin there every time I drive it on a "fun" road.
Enjoyed a short visit to Finland about 6 years ago - didn't see any 928's in the 3 days we were there (traveling between St. Petersburg and Helsinki).

Thanks Roger, and in my pre-studies I used your web-site so to get myself better familiair with e.g. the vacuum line diagrams and the fact that there are several improvement items made (something for future purchase, most likely 
).

Congrats on the new GTS! That color combination is gorgeous, one that many people consider the best on a 928.
I'm sure you know there were only 506 ROW VINs for '94, and only 139 USA 94s! So every GTS is a pretty special car!

Not really a guess to think that there must be only a few (maximum 5?) in your very special Raspberry Red color.

Great to see one more GTS in Finland. Yours is 9th or 10th in the country and maybe 5th in Helsinki area. I presume you are located here as one local 996 cabrio owner saw similar car to yours few weeks ago, in Pasila IIRR. Your car is also probably listed at customs evaluation list some months ago with 4.7K euro tax? There was '92 manual GTS taxed at same month. Its also in Helsinki area but rarely out of garage. Its owner usually drives with 968 CS and he also has 993. Jaakko has sold his S4 and now has blue 993.
Unfortunatelly no one has had time lately to set up 928 specific meets like we had in Lempäälä some years ago. Though you are always welcome to stop by at garages where I keep my GTS. 5sp is in länsi-Pakila and automatic in Veräjämäki. I spend most of spare time with automatic and try to put it once again back together for this years trip to Nurburgring. I haven't had much possibilities to hang around in Rennlist lately due to home computer hard drive crash. Need to fix it soon and answer pending PM's. I'm definitelly interested in seeing your GTS and especially look X38 option as closely as possible.

Sorry to read about your hard drive crash, something all mechanical hard drives will do eventually - unfortunately...
To answer all your questions (which should come to nobodies surprice here on the 928 Rennlist): all spot on! And for sure very soon you will have the X38 option "seen in the flesh"
