It is..its just musical down the highway. Being a 3-chamber, it has a 2200rpm bark, but..when the interior quarter panels are replaced next week, there is sound proofing/barier being installed in there, and into the trunk, and under the sharkwoofer on the way..etc.

Right at certain RPMs the waves/reflections inside a resonator muffler stop cancelling each other and can actually build on each other.... think of boat wakes on a lake as an example or the surf against a breakwater. It sucks when the tune is at your normal highway cruise speed....so you just go faster

What muffler is that? And you've altered it to make it same-side offset-in, offset-out. Correct?

How is your scavenging with that single exhaust with an X-pipe and is it a bit much?

Yes, cut off the inlet on one side, sealed it with a SS plate, then opened an appropriate large oval hole..and welded pipe to it.

No probs.
