Brad, Sounds like you are getting close!
Question: Did the Tec GT come with a power distribution harness with two relays and a large fuse block with 4 fuses?
No it did not, I had to make my own
The reason I ask, is that the harness I'm talking about would have one relay to turn on the fuel pump (and the wideband heater, if used) and provide the + 12v to the injectors.
With Carl's instructions you tie into the existing relays and build a positive harness to feed everything that needs 12 volts
The other relay supplies the power to the ECU and DFUs. The harness makes the entire EMS a stand alone system if hardwired into the actual wires to the fuel pump and battery, only needing a trigger wire from the ignition switch to turn it all on.
This would have made it easier
Just out of curiosity, are the wires you're connecting to the Central Electric panel coming from the ECU or the power distribution harness I'm talking about?
From the ECU

I have to know my fuel pressure so I took the lines off and removed drivers fuel rail. Fuel spilled out.
I drilled and tapped the rail for a gauge.
I put it back on and checked the pressure, and checked the FPR with a vacuum pump
and it had 60 lbs which is what Malcolm said it was set at when he sent it to me.
I played with it and set it at 65 lbs
I have checked the injector signal and the noid like flashes
But it must not be opening the injectors.
Not sure where to go from here ? ? ?

Brad,
Now it makes sense as to why you needed to wire into the original Central Electric Panel.
So now you have fuel pressure but they are not firing?
1: Are the injectors marked with a "+" on one side? Some injectors have a polarity, others do not.
If you unplug the injector electrical connector, you should be able to send 12V to one side and ground the other. If you have sent +12V to the correct side, you will hear it click. No click, reverse the wires. If it clicks then, you will know which side is positive.
I beleive you have wired them in phase sequential (they fire in pairs).
The signal wires fron the ECU are the ground side. And the +12V is shared by all the injectors.
It could be that they are wired backwards. Just a thought, but I've seen it before. The noid could still flash but the injector would not operate.

Yes I remember reading about the + and checked the injectors before I wired them.
They should be right but ILL recheck.
I checked the amperage at one injectors power wire and it will smoke a test lead
I have not played with the fuel trim or TOG or any of that stuff and I am wondering if I do not have the correct settings?
Want to walk me through it?
I am going to ground the pin at the ECU and see if the injector clickes.
BTW there are only 4 yellow injector wires so I had to pair each of them (1-6) fire at the same time.
I have the injectors set to the 4 amp setting.
-under cylinder trim I put the firing order and left the trims at zero
under engine config (at the bottom)
the injector mode say 48, is this correct?
The staged pulsewidth is all zeros
VE is all zeros
- Gen Parameters
TOG 7.5ms
inj offset 0ms
min injector turn on 1.5ms
4 amp inj peak
They should be right but ILL recheck.

Looks like it is correct.
Injector mode 48 is for phased sequential.
Low impedance injectors, wired in pairs, in parallel, calls for 4 amp injector peak.
At 65 psi fuel pressure, you should get some fuel out of the injectors, no matter how short the on time is.
There should be a Tec GT manual on the CD. Under troubleshooting, Go to M.2.b.
It used to be be page 112 but it could have changed per manual revision.
Check for the possible fuel related scenarios. There are only a few.
Also, you might compare your power wiring with the optional Power Distribution Harness. Section A.5.a and A.5.b. It started on page 21 in the old Tec GTmanual.
Even though you are using the 928 relays, I would think the flow will be similar. Couldn't hurt to compare your wiring to it, even if it's just for peace of mind and aid in understanding the flow.
It seems like the main reason to use the 928's relays is to retain the factory alarm system, which would be a good thing.
Just my 2¢.

Thanks RC, if I get a chance ILL check those out in the manual but I'm off to Toronto tomorrow and will be gone till next week.
We will pick this up next week. Thanks so much for your help.

Well to be honest she is not s "super model" but she is 26 yrs old and dose very well on her own and travels way more then I could ever afford to.
For example. she went to Bali for a holiday, contacts some photographers, and did some photo shoots.
Then they do a chinese photo shoot
And then they like it so much they put her on a bill board
Its a short time that a young woman can milk her beauty for the camera, and Jessie dose it well.
Here are some of her Facebook pictures

I'm sorry, I got a bit off topic

I guess I should get this back on topic.
I have fuel and spark, fuel pressure and loads of power to the injector. The noid light flashes though it is what I would call weak.
So
Would a scope help me figure out if I have a strong enough (fuel trim) ground signal to turn the injectors on?
I am wondering how to move forward from this point.
I have spark
Fuel pressure
Power to the injectors
signal to the injectors
Spark plugs are dry?

I enriched some of the fuel settings and it fired
Played a little more and I could bring it off idle
a little more and Rev'd it to 3000
1:30 in the morning and I better quit doing that.

See Brad....all we had to do is distract you for a while w/chat about your model and VROOM
Well done buddy!!!.......now you've no excuse but to get down here
