Very nice but I was thinking the same things as Jeff...needs to have a track out back!!! LOVE IT! I wonder who's G. Red S4 that was that drives by??? I love the idea, but I want my cars at home where I can tuck them in and kiss them goodnight EVERY NIGHT!
Some of those shots are from the local "Cars and Coffee" which is held out there monthly.
I stored my car out there a couple of years ago. Bruno, the owner, gave a slot as a charity auction item. It was half-built at the time and I got to see some of the garages. Lots of fancy "man caves" and '50s drive-in themes.
I'm still perplexed why these rich guys don't put that money into their own property, but, hell, I'm not a rich guy so I just don't get it, apparently.
Love those garages but I couldn't have my cars somewhere else. My dream ... apartment cut into a slope by the ocean ... at least 4 car garage with lift and all the trimmings downstairs ... apartment with big balcony upstairs to sit and admire the view, and to give a covered area in front of the garage downstairs. Got the cars ... now I just have to work on the rest.
Local PCA guy has a garage in his back yard that is bigger than my house and rivals any of these "Car Condos" and he doesn't have to leave home. This is besides the 2-2 car garages attached to the house. He does have a "barn" out in the country that he parks a couple of his "extra" cars and the custom motorhome that carries 2 cars in the back. He uses the motorhome to take is 356 speedster and coupe to car shows.

I love the concept.
Keep in mind Texas and Minneapolis have significantly different 'driving seasons'.
I'm not sure the demand would be as great down south.
Yeah... and something about keep them at home makes it feel right.
