I think Greg Nettles has several hundred pictures that Rachael took also, so he has everything on his camera. We just need him to post them.

Pretty much all of the pictures that I will be posting over the next several days were taken by "Ratchet" (Rachael).
Most of the ones of Katie were taken by me, what sweethearts those two are.

Here are just a few.

This one is "Ratchet" and Tom.

Another "Beauty and some guy pic"
Katie and Hans.

Paul Hunt, Ryan Hunt, Ernie and his son.
Ryan (second from right) is a new 928 driver, has a nice 84.

My caption for this picture is "There I was, Flat on my Back"
Paul will get it, inside pilot joke.

AO (who now has another Good Driver" driving Merit badge ) DR and Katie.

More to come in the next few days.

David! Thanks for stopping on the way home! It was great to see a friendly face (and to watch your kids play "climb the mountain" on I-40!) Made it home safely with no more unscheduled stops...

Great SHots!!! Wish we had one on the west Coast. We had one out here when I was in the 993/993TT hood, and boy was that fun. We even did a track day at Buttonwillow. Those were the good ole days.

WHat blows me away, is the selflessness, the character and just the downright niceness of Porsche People.
There is not another group like it

One thing I noticed and this has NOTHING to do with 928 people, but the less expensive the Porsche, the nicer the people. I dont even know where to begin with that analysis, but it seemed my 993/993TT crowd were friendlier than other groups I have been around. It seems like the guys who can buy the newer cars, dont have the same Porsche DNA that the rest of us who dreamed about ANY Porsche do.
Of course getting together to work on a car together forms a bond thats hard to match. Brand new cars dont need much work other than mods, and the people then, dont congregate unless its to do mods.

But that group in these pics reminds me of the friendly group of the 993/993TT guys.

Hope you all had a great time!!!!

Wish we had one on the west Coast.
OG, pencil in one of the mid-October weekends to drive down to Anaheim with Dwayne for Sharktoberfest 11. Dates still TBA.

You posted in the thread about it- will look forward to seeing you there!
